Oasis Estate — a boutique real estate agency selling new homes in Phuket. Over 6 months of work, we have been able to find liquid properties for dozens of our clients both for life and for investment

Assigned tasks

  1. Optimize marketing and OP to increase the number of closed deals (conversion to a deal from 2%) for new properties in Phuket
  2. Increase the flow of high-quality leads through paid advertising channels from 0 to 200 leads per month and get the sales department to work effectively
  3. Build AMO CRM from scratch for the entire customer's sales department and introduce tools for efficient application processing

Complexities and solutions

The work done

273+ ad groups launched

163+ static creatives and 54+ video creatives were developed with a personal CJM (Customer Journey Map) card in each of the systems

10 quiz landing pages

During the launch, 10 landing pages were developed with an average conversion rate of more than 8%

Connecting and setting up integrations

We connected 4 Wazzup numbers and set up Zadarma for calls and correspondence directly in CRM with all conversations and records saved

IP telephony and automation

We implemented IP telephony from scratch, connected GEO numbers, set up chat notifications and automations, created a table of leads and newsletters

Implementation of an ANTI-SPAM system

32 devices and 253 IP addresses have been blocked and disconnected from ads. 466 bots were sorted + 10,608 direct transitions and were not allowed to make the main landing

We implemented AMO CRM from scratch

We created two funnels, automated CRM, and set up deal and contact cards. We built rights and modules, and trained the sales department

The percentage of high-quality leads from the total KPI was 40%

Conversion

The average conversion per deal from the total volume of leads has reached 3% and will continue to grow

Anti-Fraud

Revealed 10,608 suspicious applications (fraud) that were blocked and did not reach the client's work funnel

Deals

During 1 year of cooperation, only the RED lead channel was made 27 deals, and the total amount was $4,000,000

Lead processing

The sales department successfully processed 5-10 applications daily (900 leads over the entire period of work)
