Implementation of an Anti-spam system

The system filters low-quality calls and bots and prevents them from entering the main funnel. Only real customers get into the sales department. For optimization purposes, devices in Serbian were turned off

Connecting a CRM system and setting up automation

Tools for business processes in the real estate sector have been introduced. Telegram chat for lead notifications, Google spreadsheet for storing the lead database, setting up lead transfer to CRM
